Marion Jones the rise and fall
Marion Jones was an Olympic gold medalist that had previously won 4 gold
medals and had won a 5th medal soon after. Marion though she won had
announced to the world some time later that she had used performance enhancing
drugs to win. Marion was the stripped of all her medals and then sentenced to 6
months in prison, because she had lied to federal investigators. Although she
did lie and cheat one must admit that what she did was pretty courageous seeing
as she had already gotten away with it.
