The idea of living in the present and not worrying
about the future goes back to the days when my people the natives lived here in
north America perhaps it is even older than that.to live in present moment is
the key to success as you are not distracted by what may happen. Living in
present time is all one should do as time is an illusion. At the time you are
done reading this you will move the next sentence making this moment no longer
present.
